A block of rooms will be reserved under the name TACE.
Membership:
If you are not a current member of TACE, you must pay the
non-member rate. "Member" means anyone who
holds an individual membership or who is listed by an organization
that holds an institutional membership. If you use the
registration form to join TACE, you will qualify for the
member conference rate and receive full membership benefits
for the current membership year.

If postmarked by April 1, 2008, refunds will be made minus a
$20 service fee. No refunds will be given after April
1, 2008.

Hotel Information:
This year's conference will be held in the Omni Austin Hotel,
Southpark,
4140 Governors Row, Austin, Texas 78444 as in previous
years. The hotel will blocked off rooms for TACE
attendees at the “state” rate. The cut off date to take
advantage of the special conference rate for these rooms is
March 31, 2008.
Special Conference Room Rate:
$85.00
for Single
$115.00 for Double
Each
additional person is $20.00/person.
Applicable state and local taxes apply.
Note: You must bring
a "Tax Exempt" form from your college, as the hotel
is
not allowed to provide these forms as in past years.
