- The term of office for Executive Officers and Regional Representatives is two years.
- Executive Officers must sit out for at least
one term before serving again in the same office.
- Regional Representatives may
be elected to serve two consecutive terms of office.
- Any former officer can, by
vote of the Board, be appointed to fill a vacancy if such experience will serve
the good of the TACE.
