We’re thrilled to announce that TACE is returning to the beautiful Kalahari Resort and Conventions in Round Rock, TX. Kalahari Resort boasts an indoor waterpark, indoor and outdoor pools, amusement center, bowling alley, and a variety of restaurants and cuisine, all on site! To coincide with the location, the theme of the 2026 conference is “TACE 2-1-1: Your Higher Ed Lifeline.”

This year’s conference will have something for everyone! TACE presentations will address topics critical to CE Administration, including workforce, healthcare, lifelong learning and best practices, as well as House Bill 8 updates. Come early and join us for preconference sessions: Healthcare Committee & First-Time Attendee workshop to help you make the most of the conference.

TACE Conference – February 11–13, 2026

Early Bird Registration Ends: January 10, 2026

Guest Room Cut-Off Date: January 10, 2026

Room Rate: $199.00 per night (includes $15.00 resort fee)

Guests must use the exclusive booking link to obtain the conference rate. (provided upon paid conference registration)

The hotel requires a $15/day resort fee included in the total room rate.

Guests must submit their tax form via email to the hotel at the time of the reservation.

The hotel will hold a deposit of $199 at the time of the reservation.

Included in your room reservation are up to FOUR resort passes, one for each registered guest.

A limited number of reservations are available at the conference rate for attendees who wish to extend their stay into the weekend.

If you are unable to reserve your room before the cutoff, never fear—TACE attendees who use the link provided upon paid registration will receive a 15% discount off the lowest available rate.
